Nursing Supervisor directs and supervises professional and auxiliary personnel rendering client care services, perform marketing duties, and foster public relations for the company, consults and plan with health care facilities regarding staffing needs; and communicates the concepts of quality consumer care to the general community and those consumers involved in care.
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Bachelor of Science in Nursing required) and have a current registration in the state of Delaware. Must possess excellent administrative management and communication skills. Public Health and Community Health experience is highly recommended. Must be flexible regarding work hours and days.
Nursing Supervisor will assure the community that all professional standards of nursing practices are maintained by all who provides care and adherences to the policies and procedures of the company.
