FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Houston, TX is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (DPT) to help launch and grow a new outpatient clinic. Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $95,000–$120,000 (based on experience)
Sign-on bonus (for qualified candidates)

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy care
Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedics, vestibular, balance, and neuro
Collaborate with leadership to help establish clinic workflows and culture
Maintain timely, accurate documentation
Contribute to clinic growth through patient engagement and community outreach
Work closely with PTAs and support staff
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Texas PT license (or license-eligible)
Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, and balance therapy
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Desire to grow professionally and help build a great clinic
