Summary of the Position: Clinical Director provides strategic leadership, clinical oversight, and operational management for all clinical services within the program. This role ensures high-quality, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care for participants while maintaining compliance and regulatory standards, licensing requirements, and best practices.
Clinical Director supervises clinical staff, direct service professionals, guides program development, and collaborates with internal and external partners to advance the organizations mission.
In addition to the summary above, position may include Program Director duties that includes being responsible for the overall administration and oversight of all assigned program(s) within an assigned state. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the provision of participant services, personnel management, and budget management. Ensuring staff adhere to current job description, providing direct supervision to staff, and ensuring overall budget is met, documentation follows regulations, and all billing and collections are managed effectively and efficiently. Also includes being responsible for the development of additional programs state-wide and business relationships with state officials.
Work Environment: This position primarily operates in office settings but includes fieldwork and community visits as needed.
Availability: The Clinical Director may work flexible hours to meet program objectives and participant needs.
