    ✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth!  Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Clinical Director at The Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center (AJATC) in Bryant, Arkansas✨

    AJATC is a secure residential program for at-risk male and female youth, located on 110 acres just outside of Little Rock, AR. Through our trained programming for staff, AJATC promotes a normalized high school experience, offers a safe environment and provides opportunities for positive change, as well as providing the unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff. Our campus features residential student dormitories, on-site school and library, vocational training program, chapel, gymnasium, medical and an outdoor recreation area.     Pay: $90,000/annually; can increase based on education and experience

    What you will do: As the Clinical Director, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and emotional well-being of youth in a secure residential setting. As a key member of the Site Management and Treatment Committees, you will provide clinical leadership by overseeing mental health services, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, individualized treatment plans. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you will address students' behavioral and mental health needs, monitor the care of youth receiving psychotropic medications, and guide therapeutic interventions that foster growth, resilience, and positive outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and experienced clinical leader who is passionate about making a lasting impact in the lives of youth.

     

    To be considered you should:Must hold a current Arkansas license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW). Must possess a master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related behavioral health field with a license. Previous clinical and administrative experience in a residential treatment, juvenile justice, behavioral health, or hospital setting is preferred. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical examination, TB test, and child and adult maltreatment registry checks, and meet Rite of Passage's driver eligibility requirements, including maintaining a valid driver's license.

    Schedule:  Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
