Description:
• Join our team as a Clinical Director in a community-based healthcare setting in Brooklyn, NY. 
• This contract position requires an experienced leader to oversee behavioral health programs, manage clinical staff, and ensure high-quality patient care. 
• The role involves collaboration with executive leadership and requires strong clinical judgment and supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical oversight and leadership for behavioral health programs.
• Supervise and develop clinical staff through regular evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations.
• Partner with leadership to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Support licensing, accreditation, and audit readiness activities.

Qualifications:
• LCSW (Licensed clinical Social worker) required.
• Willingness to get a CASAC after hire - “Full CASAC preferred (CASAC Level 1 or higher)” 
• 5 years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health.
• Experience supervising licensed clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of community behavioral health programs and quality assurance.
