We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as Clinical Director for a premier ABA facility. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, this leadership position is responsible for overseeing clinical operations and ensuring strict compliance with federal and state regulations.

The Role & Responsibilities
The Clinical Director serves as the clinical records owner and ensures the highest quality of care through systematic oversight and mentorship.
Clinical Leadership: Manage and mentor clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the clinic adheres to JCAHO standards and all federal/state guidelines.
Operational Oversight: Develop and implement clinical policies; conduct systematic reviews of clinic billings to ensure they are lawful and non-fraudulent.
Administrative Duties: Post required identification signs within the clinic, review patient referral contracts, and ensure all practitioners maintain active licensure.
Quality Improvement: Monitor patient outcomes and collaborate with management to align clinical practices with organizational goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is strictly required.
Education: Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Speech Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
Licensure: Must be currently licensed to practice in the state of Georgia.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Skills: Proven experience in healthcare management, strategic planning, and operational oversight.
Ethics: Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA standards and prioritize patient care.
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday – Friday. Work Location: In-person
