Responsibilities
Lead and manage clinic operations
Oversee and mentor 2 BCBAs within the clinic
Carry a partial caseload of 3 clients
Ensure high-quality ABA service delivery across the team
Develop and maintain clinical standards and protocols
Build and manage flexible scheduling across the team
Requirements
Active BCBA credential (required)
Minimum 3 years of experience as a BCBA (Clinical Director)
5+ years of experience preferred
Ideal candidates are currently Sr. BCBA, Lead BCBA, Assistant Clinical Director, or Clinical Director
