Compensation

    Position Overview
    <\/div>
    Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our Columbia, MD clinic.
    <\/div>


    <\/p>

    This role is ideal for a BCBA who wants to move beyond case management and into a leadership position focused on mentoring clinicians, improving quality of care, and driving clinic success.
    <\/p>

    You will partner closely with leadership while maintaining clinical oversight and supporting a growing team.

    Key Responsibilities
    <\/p>

    • Provide clinical leadership and oversight for BCBA and RBT teams
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Mentor and develop clinicians to improve performance and retention
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ensure ethical caseload management and high -quality service delivery
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and case progression
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Collaborate with families and caregivers
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ensure compliance with payer, regulatory, and BACB standards
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Support clinic growth, quality initiatives, and team culture
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Requirements<\/h3>

        Required
        <\/p>

        • Active BCBA certification
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Eligible for Maryland licensure
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
          <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          Preferred
          <\/p>

          • 4+ years of BCBA experience
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Experience supporting clinic or program growth
            <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
