Clinical Dietitian I (Per Diem)
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the nutritional care of inpatients and outpatients as assigned. Conducts nutritional assessments, designs and recommends plans of care, evaluates and monitors nutritional intervention. Provides nutrition education to patients, families and staff. Functions as a member of multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Serves as a nutrition resource for healthcare team, hospital staff and community.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters Degree if graduated after January 1, 2024 Bachelors Degree from ACEND-accredited DPD program, if graduated before January 1, 2024 Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration NPI number required within 60 days of hire
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year of experience CCS paneled Bilingual English and Spanish

Conducts nutritional assessments, designs & recommends plans of care, & evaluates & monitors nutritional intervention. Provides nutrition education to patients, families & staff. Teaches nutrition classes. Functions as a member of multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Serves as a nutrition resource for healthcare team, hospital staff & community.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree 3 Years of Experience California Childrens Services (CCS) paneled Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration Masters degree or advanced certification (i.e. CNSC, CLEC/CLE, CSP, CDE) NPI number required within 60 days of hire
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
4 Years of Experience Bilingual in English and Spanish

Current Salary Ranges:
The current salary range for the Clinical Dietitian I position is $35.84 to $49.28 The current salary range for the Clinical Dietitian II position is $39.51 to $54.33
