Overview Provides medical nutrition care to patients through nutrition assessment, diagnosis, intervention and education utilizing evidence-based guidelines. Develops care plans with appropriate follow-up and reassessment of intervention. Manages the total nutritional care of patients receiving Enteral Nutrition. Assess and diagnose patients for malnutrition.
Qualifications Education: • Bachelors degree in Nutrition from an accredited college or university • Licensure, Certification and or Registration: Alabama State Licensure • Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (must be obtained within 6 months of employment)
Experience 1-2 years clinical experience preferred but not required
