AS A CLINICAL COORDINATOR, you will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in the office. You will be required to coordinate the care with other Penn Highlands DuBois services or outside healthcare providers. The Clinical Coordinator will serve as a liaison between the Physician, the Mid-Level Provider, and all other healthcare providers. You will also assist in coordination of clinical schedules.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Completion of a Clinical Medical Assistant Program with at least two years of experience required • Certification through NHA NCCT or AAMA required at time of hire • Two years of experience in an office setting and familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred • CPR Certification from the American Heart Association within the first year of hire • Knowledge in regulatory requirements of third-party payors such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Blue Shield
