Clinical Coordinator

Position Summary: The Clinical Coordinator supports daily clinical operations and ensures coordination between clinical staff, front office teams, and administrative leadership. This role assists with training oversight, scheduling coordination, compliance tracking, and operational support to ensure consistent patient care and efficient workflow within clinical locations. The Clinical Coordinator works closely with the Clinical Directors and Regional Managers to help maintain clinical standards, staff accountability, and operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in ensuring daily clinical operational needs are met within assigned office(s).
  • Coordinate communication between back-office clinical staff, front-office teams, and administrative leadership.
  • Support oversight of clinical and compliance-related training, including:
    • New hire training check-ins
    • Training checklists
    • Training documentation and reports
    • Certification and continuing education tracking
  • Monitor and track clinical staff attendance.
  • Review and approve employee timecards for payroll processing as directed.
  • Assist with maintaining adequate clinical staffing levels and schedule coverage.
  • Support recruitment efforts including assisting with candidate interviews when needed.
  • Track and report overtime usage to leadership as required.
  • Assist leadership in monitoring office-level performance and operational concerns.
  • Maintain tracking systems for implants and treatment cases across locations.
  • Manage Straumann allograft tracking and documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute implant-related correspondence and letters.
  • Coordinate ordering and purchasing of clinical supplies.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Support implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and workflow improvements.
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new clinical team members.
  • Maintain organized records related to training, compliance, and operational reporting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
