The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for supporting clinical operations through coordination of patient care activities, registry management, referral tracking, surgical scheduling, and workflow oversight. This role serves as a central point of communication between providers, nursing staff, patients, external specialists, and hospital departments to ensure timely, high-quality, and coordinated patient care. The Clinical Coordinator works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to support regulatory compliance, continuity of care, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
30 hours per week - First Shift
Monday - Friday
Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana, or Medical Assistant Certificate.
BLS/CPR Certification
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a clinical or ambulatory healthcare setting.
Experience with patient scheduling, care coordination, referrals, prior authorizations, or registry management.
Experience using electronic medical record systems.
Previous experience in specialty care, surgical coordination, gastroenterology, oncology, or care management.
