Responsibilities
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and HACCP compliance in all kitchen areas.
Prepare and cook meals following standardized recipes and quality standards.
Manage portion control and plate presentation to meet targets and budgets.
Maintain inventory, track usage, and assist with procurement within set budgets.
Adhere to company policies on safety, ethics, and professional conduct.
Record and report daily production metrics to support performance visibility.
Collaborate with team to achieve targets and meet tight delivery timelines.
Assist in training junior staff and sharing knowledge to foster growth.
Seek continuous improvement opportunities to advance culinary skills and kitchen efficiency.
Adapt recipes and menus based on feedback, seasonality, and demand.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of kitchen and workstations.
Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
Experience/Qualifications
Food safety, HACCP compliance and sanitation knowledge validated by certification.
Ability to follow standardized recipes with precise portion control.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven kitchen environment.
Inventory management and basic procurement within budget limits.
Strong attention to plate presentation and quality standards.
Commitment to personal growth with evidence of continuous learning.
Daily production reporting and performance metrics documentation.
Willingness to train juniors and share culinary knowledge.
Adaptability to adjust menus based on feedback, seasonality, and demand.
Strong collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders for timely deliveries.
