Urgent Need Position
Overview:
We are actively seeking an experienced Clinical Cook. The Clinical Cook prepares nutritious, high-quality meals for patients, visitors, staff, and catered events while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards. This role operates within a “Room Service Model” environment and requires flexibility, teamwork, and strong line cooking or short-order cooking experience.
Prepare, season, and cook meals according to recipes and production standards
Ensure dietary restrictions and nutritional requirements are accurately followed
Execute line cooking and short-order cooking efficiently
Prepare food for patient meal service, café operations, and catering events
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen stations, equipment, and dishware
Operate kitchen equipment including slicers, mixers, grinders, and blenders
Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion consistency
Assist with inventory maintenance and kitchen operations
3–5 years of cooking experience
Experience with line cooking and/or short-order cooking
Strong understanding of kitchen culture, food preparation procedures, sanitation, and safety practices
Team-oriented and rule-compliant mindset
