SUMMARY
We're seeking a Clinical Content Specialist - Nursing to join our dynamic team and help advance our mission of empowering nursing faculty and students through innovative educational resources. This role blends academic expertise with practical experience in nursing education, emphasizing evidence-based strategies and adult learning principles. The Clinical Content Specialist will play a key role in supporting faculty adoption of best practices, integrating our solutions into curricula, and preparing students for licensure and professional practice.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving nursing education. Responsibilities include faculty training/coaching, product integration, public speaking, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a doctoral degree required.
Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN license

Compensation:
$71,300.00 - $124,500.00 USD
This role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
