Terros Health is now hiring for a Full-Time Clinical Case Manager at the McDowell Health Center in Phoenix, AZ
Location: 4909 E McDowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85008
Schedule: Full-time
Mon - Fri
8:30am - 5:30pm, with a 1 hour lunch.
Position Summary: Under the Agency's policies and professional requirements, participates as a member of an interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a General Mental Health diagnoses. Manages those identified clients who receive medication only. Completes assessments, crisis plans, and individualized service plans. Communicates and documents client progress toward their recovery. Embraces the recovery philosophy and promotes a safe recovery environment for clients. Uses brief clinical interventions, motivational Interviewing, and supportive listening skills to engage and support clients receiving services. Works under the direct supervision of the Regional Administrator or Clinical Manager.

Bilingual pay differential
Minimum of a GED or High School Diploma is required.
A bachelor's degree in the field of behavioral health and any behavioral health experience, or
A master's degree or higher in the field of behavioral health.
Interpersonal skills which allow for professional and positive relationships with co-workers, members, families, and other community members.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, evidenced by a non-judgmental approach, effective listening and positive interactions.
Basic understanding of the DSM-V preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Experience in electronic medical record, NextGen preferred.
Ability to work independently, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple ongoing projects.
Must have valid Arizona driver's license, be 21 years of age with minimum 3 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health's driving policy.
Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.
Must pass a TB Test.
