Administrative Duties
Use computer applications and electronic medical record programs efficiently
Answer telephones and patient calls with enthusiasm
Greet patients warmly and update medical records accurately
Schedule appointments and assist clinic coordinator with administrative tasks
Drive company vehicles to clinics, maintaining cleanliness and fuel
Clinical Duties
Take medical histories and record patient vital signs with care
Explain treatment procedures clearly to patients
Prepare patients for examination and assist nurse practitioners as needed
Instruct patients about medications and authorize prescription refills as directed
Draw blood (if applicable) and arrange patient referrals to specialists
Clean and prepare examination rooms prior to appointments
