Posting Summary Hackensack University Medical Center is a 781-bed teaching and research hospital and is part of Hackensack Meridian Health. This is a long-standing partnership with the medical center with full support from the Departments of Surgery and Critical Care. There are multiple faculty members at Hackensack University Medical Center in the areas of Organ Transplant, Infectious Disease, and Pediatrics. There are also several hospital-based clinical practitioners. The department considers this a priority hire to maintain the continuity and quality of our service to and collaboration with Hackensack University Medical Center.

Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Applicants must have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and have completed at least two years of residency training or equivalent experience.

Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of New Jersey.

Certifications Licenses Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of New Jersey.

Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BCPS) or other relevant board certification is expected within two years of hire.
