About the Role:
As a Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager, you’ll lead night shift operations in the Multisystem PCU—guiding staff, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring exceptional care for patients requiring complex, high-acuity treatment.

You’ll be the go-to leader for:
 Staffing & patient assignments based on acuity
 Supporting frontline nurses & interdisciplinary teams
 Driving quality, safety, and patient experience
 Coaching, mentoring & fostering a strong team culture

What You Bring:
RN license (Florida or Compact) + BLS
2 years of Acute care experience (PCU preferred)
Strong leadership, clinical judgment & communication skills
Passion for high-quality, patient-centered care
