Position Overview


We are seeking a dependable and motivated Clinical Assistant to join our Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) treatment center team in Nashville, Tennessee. This position is a patient-facing role, supporting the treatment center doctors with intake, scheduling, greeting patients, and other various day-to-day tasks.  The ideal candidate is patient-focused, highly organized, self-motivated, and should excel in creating a warm and welcoming environment.  This position is PT, Monday-Thursday 9a-4p.  Opportunity for monthly bonus.  Potential for FT.  


 


Key Responsibilities


  • Prepare patients for testing and/or treatment
  • Assist the physician with in-clinic patient care and daily clinical assistant duties
  • Maintain treatment rooms, testing equipment, and clinic organization
  • Coordinate patient flow and assist with scheduling and operational support as needed
  • Maintain clinic cleanliness and health/safety compliance standards
  • Act as the main point of contact for center patients
 


Qualifications


  • Previous experience as a Medical Assistant, or similar clinical role preferred
  • Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage responsibilities
  • Comfortable working in clinical environments
  • Reliable transportation
