This is an opportunity to become a central support person within our growing hospice team, helping keep patients, families, clinicians, and operations connected.

Some days you might be preparing for interdisciplinary team meetings and helping coordinate care plans. No two days look exactly alike and your work will have a direct impact on the experience of patients and families.

Why Superior Hospice?

• Work alongside an experienced clinical team that believes in teamwork and supporting one another.
• Build meaningful relationships with nurses, social workers, leadership, patients, and families.

Your Impact:

• Support clinical operations through coordination, scheduling, communication, and organization.
• Prepare materials and assist with IDG meeting coordination and team support.
• Participate in daily stand up/down meetings and maintain EMR census updates.
• Ensure admissions, transfers, discharges, and care updates are accurately documented.
• Coordinate communication between physicians, facilities, patients, families, and hospice team members.
• Assist with physician orders, care plans, and EMR documentation workflows.
• Support billing coordination, coding review, and clinical documentation processes.

• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
• Someone who is dependable, compassionate, organized, and energized by supporting others.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.

About Superior Hospice:

At Superior Hospice, we believe care is personal. We are committed to providing comfort, dignity, and compassionate support for patients and families during some of life's most meaningful moments.
