    Clinic Support Specialist

    they walk through our doors. We're looking for a Clinic Support Specialist who is flexible, organized, and

    passionate about providing outstanding customer service while supporting our front office teams across

    multiple clinic locations.

    Schedule:

    • Monday – Friday

    • 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

    • No evenings or weekends

    Work Locations:

    • North Huntingdon

    • Monroeville

    • Harmarville

    • Penn Hills

    • Jefferson Hospital

    The Clinic Support Specialist provides approximately 20 weeks of scheduled coverage each year for

    Front Office Managers during vacations, PTO, and other planned absences. The remainder of the year is spent supporting our clinics based on staffing needs, training assistance, and operational priorities.

    What You'll Do

    As a Clinic Support Specialist, you'll serve as the go-to front office professional, providing coverage and support wherever it's needed most.

    Your responsibilities include:

    • Covering Front Office Managers during vacations, PTO, and unexpected absences

    • Traveling to any Hearing Unlimited office location as assigned

    • Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism

    • Confirming appointments and helping maintain full provider schedules

    • Scheduling appointments according to Hearing Unlimited guidelines

    • Checking patients in and out

    • Answering incoming calls and making outbound patient calls

    • Collecting payments and maintaining accurate patient records

    • Verifying insurance and updating patient information

    • Assisting with hearing aid inventory and office supplies

    • Supporting providers and helping ensure smooth daily clinic operations

    Qualifications Preferred:

    • Previous medical front office experience

    • Appointment scheduling experience

    • Insurance verification experience

    • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience

    • Inventory management experience

    • Customer service background helpful

    Hearing healthcare experience is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person!
