East Hawaii Rural Health Clinics is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to support the daily operations and coordination of the Ear, Nose & Throat clinic in Hilo (1285 ENT RHC). In this role, you will oversee clinic workflows, supervise staff, and partner with providers and leadership teams to ensure efficient operations and high-quality patient care. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Knowledge of outpatient clinic operations, managed care processes, healthcare regulations, and customer service principles highly desirable. Experience with Epic workflows, referrals, authorizations, and clinic scheduling preferred. Ability to build positive working relationships with patients, providers, staff, and community partners while supporting operational excellence and patient-centered care.

* Rates listed for paid holidays, vacation and sick days are for 1.0 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) positions assigned to 8 hour shifts. Accruals for these benefits are otherwise prorated based on FTE.
Offers of employment will be contingent on successfully passing a pre-employment examination, which includes a drug screen and other regulatory medical requirements such as, but not limited to, a tuberculosis (TB) screen. The cost for drug screening and blood draw for QuantiFERON and Titers, shall be borne by the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation.
