Job Summary
We are seeking a per diem, Clinic/Practice Assistant to join our fast-paced Orthopedic team! The operating hours of the office/walk-in clinic are Monday through Friday 8:00am-8:00pm and Saturday/Sunday from 8:00am-1:00pm. The position does not require set days or hours and offers flexibility, with work being performed remotely on occasion. In this role, youll help fill staffing gaps caused by call-outs, vacations, leaves, and vacancies.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable communicating by phone. Performs both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations under general supervision. Performs basic clerical work and tasks that are repetitive and routine. Administrative duties related to patient visits including scheduling, check-in, check-out duties. Actual job duties may vary by Department.
