Grundy Center Family Medicine is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused LPN to join a collaborative clinic team dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients and families in the community. Responsibilities

- Prepare patients for appointments, exams, treatments, and minor procedures
- Obtain vital signs, patient history, and other clinical information
- Administer medications, vaccines, and other treatments within scope of practice
- Assist with specimen collection and preparation for laboratory testing
- Support patient follow-up care, referrals, and coordination of services
- Document patient information accurately within the electronic health record
- Provide education and guidance to patients and families during clinic visits
- Collaborate with providers and clinic staff to support safe, efficient patient care
- Maintain compliance with safety, privacy, and regulatory standards
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused clinic environment centered on excellent patient care
Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited program for Licensed Practical Nurses.
- High school diploma required if work is performed in a complex CLIA lab.
License(s)/Certification(s):
- Current license to practice nursing in the State of Iowa/Illinois/Wisconsin for Licensed Practical Nurse.
