Mission Cancer & Blood, part of UI Health Care, is seeking a Clinic Manager for clinic staff is a leadership role responsible for directing daily operations, supervising nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining regulatory compliance. They act as a liaison between staff and administration, handling staffing schedules, staff training, performance evaluations, and clinic budgeting.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/ week, Hours generally worked between 7:00am-5:30pm

Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing, Hospital and Health Administration, or Business Administration required. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must obtain an advanced degree in nursing, health care administration or business administration within five (5) years of beginning this position.
Current license to practice nursing in Iowa
Experience Requirements:
At least three (3) years of comprehensive progressive healthcare leadership/administrative experience
Demonstrated skill in leadership/management and experience in clinical practice of nursing
Experience with unit/clinic operations including human resources, financial management, and compliance with regulatory environment with various federal and state agencies and the Joint Commission
Demonstrated ability to lead change
Must be proficient in computer software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
Demonstrated job-related experience with and/or commitment to fostering/promoting a respectful and welcoming workplace environment
