Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Treatment-Coordinator - Level 1 to work at a facility in Bradenton, FL.
Pay Rate: $ / hour
Duties: Job Summary: As a Treatment-Coordinator - Level 1, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their treatment journey, educating them on their options, and ensuring a seamless scheduling and financial coordination process. This entry-to-mid level role is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who enjoys helping patients navigate their dental care options. Job Responsibilities: -Greet and Check-in patients in welcoming and professional manner. -Review treatment plans with patients and explain procedures, costs, and insurance coverage. -Assist with scheduling follow up appointments and specialist referrals. -Answer patient questions and concerns with empathy and clarity. -Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and proper documentation. -Submit insurance pre-authorizations and verify coverage when needed. -Document agreements and treatment consent accurately. -Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment and future care. Skills: Required Skills & Experience: -Minimum of two (2) years of front office experience, preferably in a dental setting and dental software. -Comfortable discussing finances and treatment plans with patients. -Experience working with various dental insurance plans, couples with strong communication skills.
