    Are you passionate about developing healthcare professionals and helping teams grow? Join our urology practice as a Clinic Educator & Development Specialist and lead training, competency development, and educational initiatives that support exceptional patient care across our clinics.

    What You'll Do

    • Develop and deliver training programs for CMAs, LVNs, and Receptionists.
    • Coordinate new hire training.
    • Create training materials, educational resources, and competency assessments.
    • Conduct skills validations and support employee development.
    • Partner with clinic leaders to identify training needs and close performance gaps.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
    • Support new workflows, process improvements, and quality initiatives.
    • Monitor training outcomes and recommend solutions to improve performance.

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
    • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Minimum 3 years of urology experience

    Preferred

    • 5+ years of urology experience
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
    • Education or Training Certification
    • Experience developing training and competency programs
