At IV Nutrition, we’re transforming lives through natural medicine, education, and personalized care—and we’re looking for a Clinic Director to help lead the way!

- Flexible Schedule: 40-45 hours/week. Primarily 10-hour shifts with 6 weekend shifts per month (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday shifts are considered weekend shifts)
What You’ll Do:
- Administer IV Therapy: Start IVs, monitor treatments, and ensure safe, effective care.
- Lead and Train Your Team: Hire, develop, and mentor staff, creating a positive, growth-focused environment.
- Ensure Quality and Compliance: Maintain regulatory standards and promote safety and professionalism.
- Inspire and Educate: Provide training to staff and educate clients on wellness therapies and nutritional health.
- Manage Performance: Set goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback to build a high-performing team.
- Stay Current: Keep up with the latest trends in IV therapy and holistic health practices.
Who You Are:
- Passionate About Holistic Wellness: Excited to be part of a natural health mission.
- Experienced and Licensed:RN (Associate’s Degree) or Paramedic with 2+ years of IV therapy and leadership experience.
- Tech-Savvy and Organized: Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong Communicator and Mentor: Comfortable training staff, building teams, and leading by example.
- Detail-Oriented Problem Solver: Able to multi-task and keep operations running smoothly.
Physical & Mental Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs assisted.
- Stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods.
- Think critically and communicate effectively.
