Position Overview

Clinical Director – Access PT | Thornwood, NY

Salary Range: $100,000–$110,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee clinic management, including front office and clinical operations.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) or objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Implement strategic plans for clinical growth, hiring, and retention.
  • Review patient medical histories and diagnose conditions through observation and discussion.
  • Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Set clear goals for patients and outline expected outcomes.
  • Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries.
  • Document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families about the recovery process related to physical therapy.
Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
  • Current and valid Physical Therapist license in New York.
  • Preferred experience in a leadership role within a clinical setting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year, plus profit sharing and productivity bonuses, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match.
