Clinical Director – Access PT | Thornwood, NY
Salary Range: $100,000–$110,000

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee clinic management, including front office and clinical operations.
  • Monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Implement strategic plans for clinical growth, hiring, and staff retention.
  • Review patient medical histories.
  • Diagnose patients by observing their movements and addressing their concerns.
  • Create personalized treatment plans for patients.
  • Establish clear goals for patients and outline expected outcomes of their treatment plans.
  • Employ exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries.
  • Document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families about the recovery process associated with physical therapy.
Qualifications:
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in New York.
  • Preferred experience in a leadership role within a clinical setting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
About the Position:

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year, plus profit sharing and productivity bonuses, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
