Job Description
We're seeking a motivated and patient‑centered Clinic Director to lead our team at Rochester Hills. You'll oversee daily clinic operations, support staff development, and ensure exceptional care for every patient.
- Lead and oversee patient evaluations and ensure treatment plans meet clinical standards
- Provide direct patient care and maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Supervise and support PTAs and rehab technicians to uphold quality of care
- Develop and monitor plans of care, treatment goals, and patient progress
- Ensure consistent implementation of therapy programs and best practices
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and payors
- Support clinic growth through community outreach and local marketing efforts
Qualifications
- Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current state of MI Physical Therapy license
- Managerial and marketing experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
- Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office
