Job Details

We are hiring a Clinic Director Physical Therapist (PT) to lead an outpatient therapy clinic while maintaining a manageable caseload.
This role is ideal for a Senior Physical Therapist, Lead PT, or Rehab Manager ready to step into leadership or a current Clinic Director looking for a better-supported, clinician-first environment.
Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy (orthopedic, post-op, sports rehab, vestibular, neurological conditions)
Conduct patient evaluations, treatment planning, and care delivery
Lead clinic operations including staff supervision, scheduling, and workflow optimization
Mentor and develop PTs and support staff
Ensure strong clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
Support community outreach and referral relationships
Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers

Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
Active or eligible WV Physical Therapist license
Experience in outpatient physical therapy
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred (Clinical Lead, Senior PT, Rehab Manager)
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and team leadership skills
