Clinic Director – Pediatric Therapy Services (PT, OT, SLP) Full-Time | Land O' Lakes, FL 75% Patient Care, 25% Admin Oversight Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Clinic Director to lead our pediatric therapy clinic in Land O' Lakes, FL. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced healthcare professional or operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced outpatient setting and is passionate about building strong teams, supporting clinic growth, and delivering exceptional patient care. This opportunity is open to licensed clinicians including PTs, OTs, and SLPs with a strong background in outpatient operations and team management. We are seeking an organized, proactive, and independent leader who can serve as a key operational anchor for this growing multidisciplinary pediatric clinic.
