OVERVIEW

Join established clinic as experienced Assistant Medical Director

  • Develop clinical protocols & empower team of providers to function most efficiently
      Can be 100% Administrative or 2 Clinical Days per Week/Flexible
      Lead direct reports; ensure medical practices, processes & workflows meet objectives
      Develop & implement strategies + metrics for collaborative care design with multiple site leaders

ROLE

  • Supervise physicians & Advanced Practice Providers
  • Develop & execute operational strategies with direction of CMO
  • Facilitate physician & provider staff meetings
  • Responsible for Compliance and Research
  • Quality improvement, Policy Development & Financial Management

 

PACKAGE

  Salary commensurate with exp.+ wRVU productivity bonus + annual bonus

  Benefits package with CME allowance, 401K -employer match

 

SKILLS

Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in state of Florida
  5+ years experience preferred
  BC/BE Internal Medicine
Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills

Understanding of Value Based Care, as well as Quality metrics for population health

Experience preferred with healthcare administration or financial management
