We are a fast-growing, high-energy team that values grit, growth, and loyalty. We’re looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to own our inbound flow and mentor our CSR team to reach the next level.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Master the Flow: Oversee the daily "Inbound Traffic," ensuring every call is handled with speed, professional flair, and a focus on booking.
- Coach for the Win: Lead and inspire our CSR team to smash their booking goals. You’ll be hands-on with role-playing and call reviews to turn every "inquiry" into a "scheduled job."
- Hunt for Revenue: When the phones are quiet, you aren't. You’ll think creatively to find work by following up on open quotes, managing outbound campaigns, and ensuring the board stays full.
- Protect the Culture: You are the thermostat of the office. You set the temperature, fostering a supportive, high-energy, and growth-oriented environment.
