We're looking for a Client Success Specialist who thrives on helping clients become confident, successful users of our software. You'll serve as a trusted advisor - not just answering questions, but educating, coaching, and guiding clients so they get the most value from our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a trusted resource for clients by providing phone and email support
  • Take ownership of customer concerns from start to finish
  • Lead engaging virtual client training sessions and product demonstrations
  • Document customer interactions using Salesforce
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions
  • Build strong relationships that help clients maximize our software platform

Qualifications

  • Customer service or client support experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Experience using AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude) in a professional setting is highly preferred.
  • Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Schedule - Hybrid Position

  • Tuesday-Thursday: In office
  • Monday & Friday: Remote
  • Regular schedule:
  • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or
  • 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Approximately 6-8 weeks per year, you'll participate in a rotating remote coverage schedule, working from home all week and providing client support until 8:00 PM. This rotation is shared across the team and scheduled in advance.
