The Client Support Specialist works closely with the producer to manage daily responsibilities in a fast-paced, sales-driven office environment. Strong attention to detail, excellent phone skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential. The ideal candidate is comfortable multitasking, managing high call volumes, and answering phone calls with a professional, relationship-driven approach that fosters trust and connection. Proficiency with advanced technology—including operating across four computer screens simultaneously—is required. - Hourly Pay: All Client support specialist start at 18$ an hour and then progress to 20$ an hour after mastering Level 1 Support. Eligibility for a third pay raise will then occur once the Texas Department of Insurance Property & Casualty License is obtained.

- Contacting clients on behalf of the producer
- Scanning
- Operating phone systems and transferring calls
- Going into the carrier websites to obtain applications and documentation need for the agency
- Data Input
- Compliance Work
- Scheduling clients for the Insurance Producer
Qualifications
- Communication Skills
- Ability to navigate and utilize multiple Technology systems. Hawk Soft, Agency Zoom, Carrier Websites, Outlook 365, GoTo
Expectations
- Typically a three round interview process
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and learn quickly
- Utilization of multiple technology platforms and ability to learn new technology adaptations quickly

Licensure
- Ability to obtain the Texas Property and Casualty License upon hire
