JOB SUMMARY
The Client Support Specialist supports both the Lending and Housing teams within the Community Economic Development (CED) division. This role is client-focused, ensuring that individuals and families receive accurate information, timely service, and proactive support. In addition, the position provides essential office administration for the CED management team, contributing to efficient operations and smooth internal coordination. The Specialist maintains information, completes transactions, oversees day-to-day servicing functions, and assists with compliance, financial tracking, and reporting. They possess broad knowledge of CED processes and play a key role in ensuring a positive client experience while supporting organizational goals.
