About the Role


We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a friendly, professional demeanor, capable of resolving complex client inquiries while delivering a world-class customer experience. You should be comfortable navigating CRM systems, managing customer interactions, and maintaining high accuracy and compliance standards.


You will play a key role in building customer trust, driving retention, and delivering a seamless service experience, helping clients confidently navigate their insurance needs.

Salary Range: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, and updates
  • Assist customers with billing, payments, and account questions
  • Support claims by providing guidance and status updates
  • Prevent cancellations through problem resolution and retention efforts
  • Manage renewals and policy reviews
  • Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service
  • Accurately document all interactions and follow compliance procedures
  • Maintain productivity, quality, and service level standard
  • Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and management teams

Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities

High emotional intelligence and customer-focused mindset

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems

Basic to intermediate computer skills (CRM, email, phone systems)

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to follow processes, procedures, and compliance
