AMG & Associates, Inc. is a leading provider of contract services in the healthcare industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Support Services Representative.

As a Client Support Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, with regular business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and finding solutions to meet their expectations

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client information in our database

- Proactively identify and address any potential issues that may impact client satisfaction

- Participate in client meetings and provide support to the sales team as needed

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our client support services

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software

- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
