Client Support Representative - Stiltz Homelifts

As the Client Support Representative you support the company’s authorized dealer network by facilitating successful customer outcomes following dealer consultations. This role works directly with customers and dealer partners to resolve questions, remove barriers to purchase, and structure appropriate solutions that enable dealers to successfully complete transactions. The Client Support Representative exercises independent judgment when evaluating customer situations, determining appropriate concessions within company guidelines, and coordinating with dealer partners and Regional Sales Managers to move opportunities forward. This position contributes to the company’s business operations by improving dealer effectiveness, resolving stalled opportunities, identifying recurring customer concerns, and providing insight that supports improvements in dealer performance and customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Dealer Channel Support:

· Serve as an operational support partner to authorized dealers within an assigned territory.

· Collaborate with dealers following in-home consultations to address customer concerns or obstacles preventing a transaction from moving forward.

· Maintain productive working relationships with dealer partners to support successful customer outcomes.

Opportunity Resolution:

· Contact customers following dealer consultations where a sale has not yet occurred.

· Identify and address barriers to purchase including product understanding, installation considerations, timing, or financial concerns.

· Facilitate communication between the customer and dealer when clarification or additional information is required.

Concession and Solution Structuring:

· Evaluate individual customer situations and determine whether concessions or alternative solutions are appropriate to resolve customer concerns.

· Authorize approved concessions within company guidelines.

· Balance customer satisfaction, dealer success, and company financial objectives when structuring solutions.

Customer Experience Support:

· Ensure customers understand product capabilities, installation expectations, and ownership experience.

· Provide professional guidance to customers exploring accessibility solutions.

Territory Performance Support:

· Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers regarding dealer performance trends and recurring sales obstacles.

· Support territory growth initiatives by helping improve dealer closing performance and transaction outcomes.

Operational Insight:

· Identify patterns in stalled opportunities, customer objections, and concession usage.

· Provide feedback to sales leadership that may improve dealer training, sales processes, and customer communication.

Decision-Making Authority:

The Client Support Territory Manager exercises independent judgment and discretion when evaluating customer situations and determining appropriate solutions to facilitate dealer transactions.

This includes authority to approve concessions within established company guidelines and recommend operational improvements based on observed customer and dealer trends.

Job Details:

· Location: Bethlehem PA

· Type: Full-time

· Salary: OTE $35,000-$45,000 annually, plus $20k-$30k commission based on performance to goals
