Our team needs a Client Support Agent to support AT&T business customers with relationship-focused selling and performance accountability. In this role, you’ll nurture client relationships and help convert opportunities into revenue. You’ll also serve as a customer advocate and revenue enabler — handling client-facing interactions, identifying upsell potential, and working to exceed customer success metrics.

The Client Support Agent must work on:


  • Engage business directly while building trust and nurturing relationships.
  • Present and sell AT&T service options tailored to client needs, closing service agreements.
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups to retain and expand accounts.
  • Coordinate with technical and billing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Monitor account health and recommend growth strategies.
  • Track KPIs and support initiatives to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Resolve client issues with urgency to protect revenue and reputation.
  • Assist with renewal negotiations and contract administration.

Each Client Support Agent has to possess:


  • 1–2 years in customer relations, account support, or B2B sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and consultative selling ability.
  • Competitive spirit with a focus on client outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms and managing pipelines.
  • Reliable, organized, and customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to meet performance targets while fostering strong relationships.
  • Some college or equivalent experience is preferred.
