Cimarron is seeking junior-level *Client Support Administrators* to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at either the Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL or at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO.
Key Duties:
- Conduct daily administration of hardware, software, network systems, and user accounts.
- Provide in-person and phone support to MDA end users for troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and Office products.
- Install and configure hardware such as laptops, desktops, and monitors at end-user locations.
- Support and contribute to the execution of large-scale projects and events.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

- This position requires access to federal facilities. Candidates must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire. - Active Secret Clearance (or higher).
- Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (i.e., Security+).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional presence.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to perform physical tasks typical of this role, including moving through large facilities and working in confined spaces like under desks.
