Responsibilities include:
• Managing operational workflows and direct mail projects
• Communicating with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Tracking timelines, approvals, invoices, and project updates
• Reviewing materials for accuracy and completeness
• Supporting onboarding and client success operations
• Managing support requests and follow-ups
• Assisting with event coordination and community management
