Suzie Koide Real Estate is expanding its client support operations and is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Success Coordinator to support ongoing client communication and ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout the real estate process. This is a fully remote position for individuals who are organized, professional, and confident in managing client relationships in a structured environment. The role begins on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs. No prior real estate experience is required, and training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: • Support communication with clients throughout active transactions • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement • Provide timely responses to inquiries and service-related questions • Assist in resolving basic client concerns and coordinating solutions • Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth client experience Requirements: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Professional and customer-focused mindset • Basic computer skills (email, CRM systems, spreadsheets) • Ability to manage multiple client interactions at once • Detail-oriented and dependable • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • No prior real estate experience required (training provided) Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required • 0–2 years of customer service, client support, administrative, or coordination experience preferred • Familiarity with CRM platforms or client management tools is an advantage • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Professional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling client information This is a remote position.
