Our client, an association, is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to join their team on a temporary assignment in Arlington, Virginia.

About The Job:
  • Serve as the front-line point of contact for clients, handling high-volume inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide Tier 1-2 support across products, programs, and services, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records within CRM systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve routine client issues, escalating more complex inquiries as needed
  • Follow up on inquiries to ensure resolution and client satisfaction

About You:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a nonprofit or membership-based organization preferred

About The Position:
  • Temp assignment (3-4 months)
  • Start Date: ASAP!
  • $23-$25/hr
  • Hybrid: 2 days onsite
  • Metro Accessible!
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
