Job Overview
The Client Solutions Strategist - Pharmacy Revenue Cycle serves as an advanced analyst and client-facing partner responsible for optimizing pharmacy revenue cycle performance across retail, specialty, compounding, and long-term care services. This role combines deep analytical expertise with customer-focused collaboration to support both internal stakeholders and external clients. The Strategist evaluates reimbursement performance, identifies trends, and develops actionable solutions to improve billing accuracy, collections, and overall financial outcomes. In addition, the role builds and maintains relationships with clients, payers, and vendors, providing consultative support and revenue cycle insights to drive operational and financial improvement. This position contributes to scalable, best-in-class pharmacy business office services and supports strategic initiatives, process improvements, and external client engagements.
