    Summary



    The Audio Visual Client Solutions Manager serves as both a strategic account leader and a quality execution partner, responsible for managing the successful delivery of service plans for high-value client accounts. This role ensures a seamless transition from Business Development to Operations, while maintaining excellence in client service, internal processes, and execution standards across complex, large-scale events. The position requires proactive oversight of account deliverables, financial planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure profitability, client satisfaction, and operational integrity. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, the Client Solutions Manager champions quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement. This exempt-level role demands strong business acumen, independent judgment and decision-making, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.


    This position will support our AV Sales Group under our Growth (Sales) team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:


    + Orlando, FL

    + Dallas, TX

    + Las Vegas, NV


    Essential Duties & Responsibilities



    Client & Account Management


    + Manage key client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact throughout event lifecycles.

    + Build strong client relationships, lead account transitions, and identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling.

    + Advise clients on event requirements, budgets, and service plans while managing expectations, scope changes, and issue resolution.

    + Partner with Business Development, Marketing, and CRM teams to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.


    Event Planning & Execution


    + Lead complex events from planning through execution and closeout.

    + Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful, profitable outcomes.

    + Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and production partners to deliver high-quality events.

    + Oversee event logistics, safety planning, site operations, and on-site execution, including travel as needed.


    Operations & Financial Management


    + Translate client requirements into actionable plans and ensure effective communication across departments.

    + Manage vendors, logistics, supply chain risks, and budget adherence.

    + Develop proposals, pricing, estimates, and event budgets to support profitability.

    + Maintain accurate event setup, documentation, and compliance with company processes and tax requirements.


    Technical & Administrative Responsibilities


    + Maintain knowledge of AV technology, event industry standards, and company service offerings.

    + Ensure seamless execution of technical event components and troubleshoot issues as needed.

    + Prepare post-event reports, maintain contracts and budget documentation, and track expenses.

    + Represent the organization professionally while building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and operations teams.


    Education & Experience



    + 2 or more years of AV related sales, AV account management, or AV project management experience.

    + Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

    + Ability to learn multiple internal and external systems.

    + Ability to successfully manage multiple events simultaneously.

    + Working knowledge of all Google, Adobe, and Microsoft software applications.

    + Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study and/or equivalent work experience.

    + Advanced customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to write reports, proposals, and business correspondence.

    + Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients.

    + Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

    + Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

    + Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

    + Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

    + Proficient in Google Apps, Microsoft Office Suite, Workfront, Salesforce, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
